These govern use of Prime Pulse Rx website and nationwide telehealth services (clinic based in Kansas).
Services
Free telemedicine consultations, hormone evaluations, recommendations, wellness support (men’s health) in licensed US jurisdictions. Charges only for fulfilled orders (e.g., prescriptions shipped). Not for emergencies/in-person care.
Eligibility & Provider-Patient Relationship
You must be 18+ (or have guardian consent) and provide accurate information. No provider-patient relationship forms from website use, forms, or content alone. A limited provider-patient relationship forms only after a licensed provider reviews intake, conducts consultation, and accepts your case for evaluation/treatment.
Telehealth Limitations
No physical exams; results vary. Follow guidance; seek local care if needed. Services comply with your state’s laws.
Responsibilities
Truthful info; follow plans; report changes; lawful use.
Payments
Consults free. Pay only for orders (direct-pay, no insurance). See Refund & Cancellation Policy.
