Consultations/appointments are free — no charges for telehealth visits or evaluations. Fees apply only to fulfilled orders (prescriptions, medications, kits shipped)

Orders & Prescriptions
All sales are final once processed, prescribed, filled, dispensed, or shipped. No returns/refunds/exchanges on prescriptions/health products per regulations (safety, controlled substances, hygiene)

No refunds for shipped/delivered items (even unused), changes of mind, or varying results.

Exceptions (discretionary): Clinic/pharmacy error (wrong med/dosage): refund/replacement. Damaged on delivery: reported within 7 days (proof/photos). Pre-shipment cancel: full refund.
Approved refunds to the original method within 10 business days.
